Welcome to Qilkay Travel. Below are our terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between our agency and clients who hire our services:

Reservations and Payments

• All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• To confirm the reservation, an initial payment is required, and the remaining balance must be settled before the start of the tour or service.
• We accept payments in cash and by bank transfer. Some tours can be paid by credit card, subject to additional charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

•  
• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the tour may be subject to a 100% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the start of the tour may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the start of the tour, unless otherwise specified in the particular conditions of the tour.
• In case you wish to modify the dates, please contact us to coordinate possible alternatives.

Modifications by the Agency

• Qilkay Travel reserves the right to modify the itineraries and services offered in the event of adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
• In the event of cancellation by the agency, we undertake to offer equivalent alternatives or fair refunds.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation, such as passports, visas and vaccination certificates.
• It is essential that the client informs the agency of any special requirements (dietary restrictions, medical needs, etc.) at the time of booking.

Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage and other unforeseen events during the trip.

Image Rights

• Qilkay Travel reserves the right to use photographs or videos captured during tours for promotional purposes unless otherwise indicated by the client in writing prior to the start of the tour.

Applicable Legislation

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
• Any dispute or claim relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Lima, Peru.
